This week I’ve hooked up with Matthew (Ferro Studios) Jasso and Bret Mouser (Ponderous Productions) to help out with Crosshairs. Crosshairs is apart of Matthew’s Jasso’s hitman saga. I’ve been made their DP after the last DP bailed on them. Bret was rather impressed with my camera work; so he may want to use me for future projects. Lately I’ve been hesitant to take on any projects because of what has been going on with work. Not sure if anything will change or not. So I’ve been playing it by ear.
I’ve decided that I’m done with the short film circuit for now. I want to try and make some money by doing feature films and getting them distributed. Bret seems to be the connection for doing this. I’m tired of having my films getting rejected at festivals. I’ll probably do a short here and there to keep the content fresh on the site, but I’m not going to be doing it for any festival stuff.
After talking with Bret last night I think I wan to revisit The Double Cross. It will most likely get renamed again because I have yet again changed the main plot thread. This time I want to make it more Action/Horror. It already kind of had that in it but it will be more profound. So here we go again.
