Lately I’ve been taking it easy and recuperating. December and January has taken a lot out of me. So I’ve been taking it easy and blowing off some steam. I have a lot of ideas swirling around in my head and I need to put myself in the right frame of mind to get things done.
Priorities for this year:
- Finish script for Real Friends Help you Move Bodies by March.
- Finish 1-800-Tech-Support by June.
- Develop a web based RPG. (Completely not related to film making)
- Get stygia.net online. (Again not related to anything film)
- Blog more.
- Start filming Real Friends Help you Move Bodies in August and be completed by the end of the year.
- Start a cult and ascend to godhood. j/k
- Not get distracted from my goals.
I think that sums everything up. The question is how to keep myself motivated and not distracted.
Well as you can tell the site has been back up for a while after about a 2 week outage. I ended up moving my server to ServerBeach. I don’t feel like maintaining my own hardware anymore. Plus my software is getting old and i don’t have the spare cash to buy the upgrades. So yes, shameless plug for my employers. ;D
I’ve had a lot to blog about but not the time. Lots of good of good things going on. For starters 1-800-Tech-Support is officially launched. If you haven’t seen the first two episodes go check it out. If you like it tell others about it.
I’ve also been working on Whitney Hoy’s demo reel. She will be leaving to go to LA in July. So best of luck to you Whitney. It was nice working with you.
Merry Christmas and a Happy Holidays to all! I can’t believe how quickly this years has gone by. Cup of Joe, and 7 episodes of 1-800-Tech-Support. I think that’s the most I’ve done in a year. 2009 should be interesting. My goal is 2 features and another season of 1-800, but right now I’m taking a three week break from filming. I have a lot of post production stuff to do. I really need to get an assistant. LOL Another 1-800 Teaser should be on it’s way along with a Trailer.
Till then, Happy Holidays everyone and have a safe New Year.
